Reporting Crime

The Pennsylvania College and University Security Information Act 73 of 1988 mandates the release of crime statistics and an index rate for the most recent three-year period based on the premise of the communities being composed of 100, 000 people.

Statistical Report Arrests
During the three-year reporting period, there were no arrests for reportable criminal incidents, or for alcohol or drug violations on campus.

Offences in Contiguous Areas
Crime reporting regulations require the reporting of incidents that occurred on public property that is contiguous to the campus. No such incidents were recorded in 2006.

Residence Hall Incidents
Of the reported incidents for 2006, the following occurred within residence halls: Theft - 3; Burglary -2; Vandalism -1.

Satellite Locations
The CampoloSchool of Professional Studies conducts Degree Completion and Fast-Track MBA Programs at 22 sites. No reportable incidents were recorded from satellite locations in 2006.
