Cooperation:

Interlibrary Resource Sharing:

Warner Library has a long history of sharing our resources with other libraries through various reciprocal agreements.  Through interlibrary loans, and in some cases direct borrowing, members of their community have access to our materials, and we have access to theirs.  These cooperative, reciprocal efforts greatly expand the material available to our patrons.

We are one of the founding libraries of TCLC, the Tri-State College Library Cooperative, a Delaware Valley cooperative of over 40 colleges and universities in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey.  Letters of introduction are required for any of our patrons wanting to borrow material directly from other TCLC libraries.  Such a letter is available from any librarian on request.

We are members of the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities and with institutions associated with the Association of Christian Librarians and reciprocally share resources with both.

Warner Library has also developed individual cooperative agreements with a number of institutions, including Cabrini College, Messiah College, Biblical Theological Seminary, Lancaster Bible College, and Westminster Theological Seminary.

Warner Library is a member of PALCI, the Pennsylvania Library Consortium, Inc., which allows students and faculty borrowing privileges for 36 million books located in libraries all around the state via the EZ-Borrow system. Eastern Faculty members also have physical access to all major University Libraries in Pennsylvania through this agreement.

Recently, we have become a member library of the National Network of Libraries of Medicine (NN/LM) Middle Atlantic Region.

We are listed in ACCESS Pennsylvania, the state wide interlibrary catalog.

Interlibrary Loans (ILL) and E-Z Borrow Requests:

Almost 55 million items, both books and articles, can be obtained.  To submit requests, visit the library's Interlibrary Loan page.

The library will not process Interlibrary Loan requests for sexually inappropriate materials. Sexually sensitive material may be requested for students when approved by faculty as part of recognized, course specific, academic research.

Requests for class textbooks will not be processed.

RAPID ILL article requests will not be processed if Warner Library already has full-text access to it.
