WELCOME
The mission and mandate of Eastern
University is to provide a Christian liberal arts education
that will equip our students to take "the whole gospel to
the whole world". Taking that goal seriously means that we
must develop a curriculum that will meet the evolving needs of
a rapidly changing global community. It is in light of that vision
that Eastern
University has developed a full academic department
and degree program to meet the unique challenges of reaching the
1.4 billion people between the ages of 13-20 who inhabit this
planet.
CAREER TRACKS
Youth ministry is an expanding and growing career option. The
number of churches and organizations offering full-time opportunities
far outnumber graduating students, resulting in great opportunities
for youth ministry students.
UNIQUENESS OF PROGRAM
One of the most established college youth ministry programs in
the country for almost twenty years. Recognized by youth ministers
and educators across the United States as one of the premier sites
for training in youth ministry. A well-developed curriculum offering
a practical and biblical approach to contemporary youth ministry.
