The manuals intend only to provide how-to information to users.  The users need to go to the journal site
(ijme-journal.org) to access the journal.

• For Authors Use if you need help with how to submit an article, praxis essay, and book review; check the status of your submission; access comments from peer reviewers; resubmit your revision; and/or respond to copyediting/proofreading requests from editors.
   

• For Readers Use if you need help with reading tools available from the right margin of each article or review.
   

• For Peer Reviewers Use if you need help with how to get started with the peer review process, access a submission to review, enter your review, and notify your editor of your recommendation.
   

• For Section Editors Use if you need help with all aspects of editing from getting started, assigning peer reviewers, making decisions on submissions, copying editing, layout editing, proofreading, to communicating with authors and editors.
